How we did it.
Many research firms – particularly the smaller ones – don’t have regular overseas payment facilities. But the wide-ranging authority of our business licence (and special accreditations with local authorities) means Komtur Shanghai has helped clients in China overcome international payment issues.
We created facilities for them to pay in local currency with the option to have funds transferred overseas - complying with national and international regulations - then have the actual comparator (or research medication) delivered from overseas to their research centres in China. We can also provide additional import clearance support.
